About Our Salsa Classes
The goal of our Cuban Salsa classes is to teach you, how to have FUN as Cubans do, and add some “Sabor” (flavour) to your bottom (and your top!). We will teach you how to dance in couple, of course, but we will also try to show you how to enjoy and appreciate cuban music and culture. Salsa is a party dance, and party music, so dress nice but comfortable, and come shake it with us afterwards in a salsa club.
You will learn cool figures in couple, solo dancing, and other related dances from Cuba like Reggeaton or Son.
BACHATA
Join our Monday classes, where we teach Bachata Moderna.

About Our Bachata Classes
Our Bachata Moderna Class teaches the basic elements frequently used in Social Dancing at Parties in NRW and beyond.
You will learn basic techniques and principles behind the leading, following and execution of each element.
You will also learn basics on musicality and how to combine moves in music.
This class does not teach fixed sequences but encourages all students to combine all learned elements into own, unique sequences.
After completion of this course each student should feel good to enjoy any social bachata party and be prepared for any offered pre-party workshops. This class also builds a very good base for starting with Bachata Sensual.

WHICH LEVEL IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We’re offering 3 levels of classes, if you are unsure which one is the best for you, here are some explanations.
LEVEL 0
Absolute Beginners
- FREE
- No previous experience needed at all
- Come as many times as you like
- Perfect to come by and try – no sign up needed
- We recommend to try this level at least once for everyone who wants to join dancing with us
LEVEL 1
Building the Base
- Paid (costs see below)
- Join this level after feeling confident with Level 0 content
- You can join this level at any time (no start-dates)
- Learn basic steps, figures and turns to improvise your dance in the club
LEVEL 2
Closed Group
- Paid (costs see below)
- Closed group
- Approach us via email or Whatsapp or in class and schedule a feedback session with one of our teachers, to be able to join this level
- Our teachers will give you feedback on the moves from Salsa 1 curriculum, until you are ready to join it!

Come as you want.
Join us anytime!
No fix starting dates.
No registration!
Come and dance. That’s it.
No partner? No problem! Our teaching style enables each and every one of our students to practice, even if we don’t have a perfect balance between leaders and followers. You will often change partners during class. In our opinion this is the only way to properly learn a partner dance, because you have to learn how to cope with loads of different personal dance styles. Oh and like this you also get to know a lot of new people every class!
SHARING PASSIONS
Our classes are designed in a way that allows you to join us anytime. There is no fixed starting date that you could miss. Never danced before? Perfect! We take you through the very basics and give you the possibility to progress at your own speed. Our classes are open to anyone: We don’t care about your age, nationality, hair color, profession or similar superficialities as long as you’re tolerant and nice to everyone else.
BUILDING COMMUNITIES
We are all volunteers. The teachers, organisers, helpers, designers and even filmmakers who participate and help out – we’re all doing this without asking for money. All profit is given to Welthungerhilfe who fights for equal access to safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene in over 40 countries world wide. Funds raised by us support projects in Malawi.
